This scope of work includes installing a high-performance insulated roofing system over the existing structure to improve energy efficiency and long-term protection. The project consists of mechanically attaching two layers of 1.5-inch ISO insulation boards (R-18.5 total), with the first layer custom-cut to fill the metal panel flutes, installing new metal panels over existing skylights, and adding wood nailers around the entire roof perimeter. A 60-mil TPO membrane will then be fully adhered, followed by new metal drip edge and custom boots at all vent penetrations. The project concludes with a final inspection by a GenFlex manufacturer inspector, with any required punch-list items completed and signed off by Titan Roofing to ensure warranty compliance. The system is backed by a 20-year manufacturer warranty and a 10-year leak-free workmanship warranty at no additional cost.
