This scope of work includes the removal of the existing metal roofing system and a full inspection of all wooden nailers, with any rotted or damaged wood repaired or replaced as needed (additional materials and labor to be documented and billed separately). The project will consist of installing new 29-gauge Panel-Loc Plus metal roofing panels featuring a Prime™ Lifetime Warranty, along with new ridge cap metal at all ridges and hips, rake trim at all gable ends, residential eave trim at all eaves, and both upper and lower gambrel transition trim at all slope transitions. Closure strips will be installed at all trim locations to ensure a tight, weather-resistant finish. All work will be completed with a 5-year workmanship warranty and backed by the Central States Limited Lifetime CentralGuard™ Paint Warranty.
