This scope of work includes the installation of new 29-gauge G-rib exposed fastener metal roofing panels backed by a 40-year Sherwin-Williams paint warranty. The project also includes installing new residential drip edge trim along all eaves, rake trim at all gable ends, W-profile valley metal in all valleys, ridge cap metal at ridges and hips, sidewall flashing at all sidewalls, and endwall trim at all endwalls. Closure strips will be installed at all trim locations to ensure a weathertight seal. The scope further includes replacing chimney flashing with new step flashing, ice and water barrier, and counter flashing to eliminate leaks, as well as replacing deteriorated roof decking as needed to repair areas where the original decking was rotten. All work is covered by a lifetime workmanship warranty, providing worry-free coverage for the duration of property ownership.
