This project involved a complete removal of the existing dwelling roof system down to the deck, followed by the installation of a durable, high-performance metal roofing system built for long-term protection. The new roof features a dark red finish, full synthetic underlayment coverage, inspection of decking and 1x4 wood furring strips with provisions for replacement as needed, and installation of 29-gauge G-rib exposed-fastener metal panels backed by a 40-year paint warranty. Additional components included new residential drip edge along the eaves, metal ridge cap along ridges and hips, endwall and transition flashing, closure strips at all trim locations, and new pipe flashings with a Fix-A-Flash silicone roof jack for a watertight seal. The project also included removal and replacement of existing downspouts with new 3" x 4" white aluminum downspouts in specified areas. Completed under The Titan Difference, the project is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty and included a dedicated project supervisor, live photo updates, real-time communication, and 4K drone photography to showcase the finished roof.
