This project includes a full tear-off of the existing roofing system down to the deck, followed by the installation of a new high-performance metal roof system designed for durability, protection, and long-term value. Work includes synthetic underlayment, wood furring strips, and 26-gauge M-rib exposed fastener metal panels with a 40-year paint warranty, along with all required trims, valley metal, ridge caps with venting, flashing, closure strips, pipe flashings, and snow guards. The decking will be inspected and replaced as needed if any damage is found. In addition, new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts will be installed on both the house and shop. The project is backed by Titan’s Lifetime Workmanship Warranty and supported by a dedicated project supervisor, live photo updates, real-time progress notifications, and 4K drone photography to document and showcase the completed roof.
