Attic Insulation and Repair

Excessive condensation and high humidity was observed in the attic located in Temperance, MI which led to mold growth on the attic hatch and compromised insulation. Toledo Basement Repair removed the affected cellulose insulation, replacing it with polystryrene, and treated the attic and closet walls for mold. Additionally, we installed baffles and soffit vents for proper intake ventilation and enhanced exhaust ventilation to resolve moisture issues effectively.
