Basement Wall Rebuild with Exterior Waterproofing

At the time of the inspection, the lower course of the clay block wall of this Toledo, OH home was cracked in half and was shearing. Toledo Basement Repair demolished the existing foundation down to the footer, installed a new footing, and replaced the block wall with reinforced corners to adequately secure the new block wall to the existing clay. The block wall was finished with a fiber parge coating both inside and outside. Once the wall was complete an exterior deep waterproofing system was installed.
