Exterior Waterproofing

Toledo Basement Repair completed an exterior waterproofing project on a home in Curtice, Ohio with a finished basement. One wall had begun leaking near the rear corner, where previous waterproofing had been done. The team excavated along the walls, then installed a deep exterior waterproofing system, including mastic, vapor barrier, and drainage dimple board. The area was backfilled with new drain tile tied into existing lines. The job was finished with cleanup and rough grading.
