Helical Piers and Pillar Lift using Helical Foundation Footings

During the inspection of this home in Perrysburg, Ohio, a noticeable structural issue was identified with the front porch, which had significantly sunk and shifted away from the foundation. As a result, the pillars supporting the roof were also observed to have shifted. Additionally, one of the foundation walls displayed signs of inward movement, evidenced by two diagonal cracks, one of which showed moderate water intrusion.
