Helical Piers and Wall Crack Injections

This home in Toledo, OH was built on a hill with a walk-out basement. The area of the basement that is attached to the garage foundation was settling as a result of grading and inadequate downspout extensions. The settling was identified by large cracks in the foundation. Toledo Basement Repair installed 4 helical piers to support the compromised footer and prevent further settlement. The cracks in the foundation were then repaired using structural urethane wall crack injections.
