Helical Piers using Helical Deep Foundation Footings

Toledo Basement Repair lifted the corner of this porch in Toledo, OH using helical deep foundation footings. The porch had settled due to the downspout and sump discharge being too close to the corner. The primary purpose of the pier system is to support the compromised footer and prevent further settlement. The open joints in the block was tuckpointed and buried downspout extensions were installed and routed past the corner of the home.
