Interior Waterproofing with Steel Beam Reinforcement and Brick Tuckpointing

This building in Perrysburg, OH had settled over the years and it had flooded multiple times in the past. It was believed that the floor drains were not working. There were large separation cracks in the block from the settlement and minor inward movement on the front wall with some cracking. Toledo Basement Repair recommended that an interior waterproofing system be installed to regulate the ground moisture and potentially stop the footers from shifting. Then use steel beam reinforcement on the front wall and tuckpoint block as needed around the home.
