Wall Reinforcement and Shallow Tile System

During the inspection of a Toledo, Ohio home, Toledo Basement Repair discovered a section of the block basement wall that was damp and effloressing. They found that the flower bed outside the wall was the root cause of this issue. An exterior shallow tile system was needed to redirect water away from the area. There was also some moderate bowing and deflection in the corner of the foundation wall. Reinforcement was necessary, and steel beam reinforcements were installed to provide additional support and stability to the foundation sections.
