This project includes a complete scope by Toledo Iron Works, featuring a custom steel mezzanine, integrated stair systems, interior railings, and exterior fence and gate installations. The mezzanine structure was designed for both function and clean execution, creating usable space without compromising the openness of the interior. Custom stairs and railings tie directly into the system, maintaining consistency and structural clarity. Outside, fence and gate systems complete the property with durability, security, and a cohesive finish throughout.
