We completed a comprehensive exterior restoration on this large red brick building in Birmingham to address significant weathering and wood rot. Our team carefully inspected the roofline and architectural features, performing targeted repairs on the fascia boards, soffits, and window trim where the original paint had begun to peel and fail. We also restored the structural integrity of several column bases and decorative trim elements to ensure the building was fully sealed and protected. To improve water management, we installed a new seamless white aluminum gutter system and vertical downspouts against the masonry. The project involved replacing damaged wood components with durable new materials and finishing all trim work to provide a clean, uniform appearance. This restoration work successfully preserved the building's classic aesthetic while creating a more resilient exterior envelope that will withstand the elements for years to come.
