“Rowdy” Project in Marathon, FL
October 2026
1,700 square feet transformed! 🌴✨ Including a 500-square-foot, two-car garage, this project started with a very hard, densified concrete slab in the customer’s pool room and garage. A durable floor starts with proper preparation. Using the right diamonds on our concrete grinder, we created the surface profile needed for our coatings to bond securely to the concrete. Then we installed our four-layer system: ✅ Moisture vapor barrier rated to resist hydrostatic pressure up to 25 psi ✅ Decorative ¼-inch flake chips broadcast into the base coat ✅ 100% UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat ✅ High-wear urethane for added scratch and stain resistance, finished with a beautiful satin sheen and non-skid texture Careful preparation. Protective layers. Beautiful results built for everyday use. 🌴 Tropical Epoxy Coatings & Creations www.tropicalepoxycoatings.com
