We managed this North Port privacy fencing project from the initial survey through the final site approval. Our team coordinated two separate building permits and three comprehensive inspections to ensure full compliance with municipal codes, including the preparation of sealed engineering plans for the custom layout. We navigated site-specific utility constraints by designing a custom box-out to accommodate an existing utility pole within the property boundary. To ensure structural integrity, we excavated post holes to depths exceeding 40 inches and set all posts with reinforced concrete. We installed durable white vinyl privacy panels and a custom-braced gate system secured with heavy-duty black hardware. The project was completed by managing all material staging and site preparation to meet stringent inspection standards for a stable, long-term boundary solution.
