We secured this Marco Island residence by installing a durable aluminum fencing system tailored to the client's needs for pet containment and site security. After initially providing temporary chain-link fencing to keep the property secure while the homeowner was out of town, we completed the project with a permanent black powder-coated aluminum perimeter and a decorative front railing. The final installation included a custom four-foot wide pedestrian gate and integrated aluminum fencing that complements the home's stucco and stone veneer architecture. To withstand the coastal Florida climate, we utilized corrosion-resistant materials and set all fence posts in concrete footings for long-term stability. The installation provides a clean aesthetic border while ensuring a safe, enclosed environment for the client's pets. This completed upgrade enhances both the functionality and the exterior presentation of the property.
