We focused on creating a secure barrier that met all local safety codes while maintaining clear sightlines to the nearby canal. Our team utilized durable black aluminum pickets and square posts anchored into concrete footers and existing decking using heavy-duty base plates and hex-head bolts. We paid particular attention to the anchoring process on the pool deck and stair transitions to ensure maximum structural stability. This installation provides long-term weather resistance and improved safety for the building's outdoor common areas.
