We worked with this client through permitting hurdles to make sure she got the most out of her yard. The permit office had originally mistakenly approved her permit with incorrect setback requirements. We submitted and were approved for a variance, so she was able to encompass more of her yard inside the fence than other neighbors are allowed. We made sure to keep her updated along the way, and didn't charge her until the inspection was complete. She was very happy with the process and final product.
