We managed a multi-stage exterior renovation for this Port Charlotte residence, prioritizing safety and containment for the client's pets and pool area. After initially installing a temporary mesh pool safety fence and a custom modern mailbox on a new concrete base, we pivoted our strategy when supply chain delays impacted our original horizontal aluminum fence plan. To ensure the client had a secure yard for their dogs, we designed and installed a functional combination of tan vinyl privacy fencing and durable black aluminum picket fencing. This solution effectively enclosed the backyard and integrated smoothly with the existing screened lanai structure. We successfully transitioned from temporary site improvements to a permanent, durable fencing system that serves both security and aesthetic requirements.
