We completed a comprehensive perimeter fence replacement in Port Charlotte, transitioning the property from an aging chain-link fence to a robust wood privacy enclosure. Our team installed 677 pressure-treated pine dog-eared pickets across the lot, including specialized sections featuring 6-inch kicker boards to achieve a total height of 6.5 feet. We also integrated a 10-foot double drive gate and a 5-foot walk gate to ensure functional access for vehicles and residents. For long-term durability, we set 4x4 pressure-treated posts in concrete footings and utilized exterior-grade galvanized hardware. The new fence provides complete privacy for the backyard and pool area while managing the specific grade changes of the lot. This installation provides a secure boundary that significantly improves the utility and enclosure of the residential space.
