We had the pleasure of replacing the aging roof on this beautiful home, owned by two local business owners. CertainTeed Landmark Pro in Resawn Shake is one of our favorite shingles for that high definition Cedar Shake Shingle look. We utilized a full CertainTeed system including the underlayment, ice and water shield, and ridge caps for the maximum labor and material warranty that can be offered by a manufacturer and certified installer. We also take the extra step of installing Lifetime Tool Pipe Boots with a 50 Year Warranty on all vent pipes to ensure that the penetrations will hold up as long as the shingles. Finally we installed 6" .024 white aluminum gutters and downspouts around the entire perimeter to aid in water drainage from the roof and finish off the edges for that clean, sharp look to enhance the natural beauty of this home.
