Our team was brought in to complete a comprehensive exterior restoration and painting project at a Chuy's restaurant in Cary, North Carolina. The project focused on addressing areas of deterioration while restoring the building’s exterior appearance and improving long-term protection. The scope of work included repairing cracked thin brick throughout designated areas, replacing damaged and missing stone, and installing new flashings where needed and also sealed all transitions between stucco and stone, windows, doors, etc to improve water management and protect vulnerable areas of the exterior. These repairs were carefully completed to restore the integrity and appearance of the affected surfaces. Following the restoration work, our team professionally painted the building’s stucco walls, metal caps, windows, and doors. All surfaces were properly prepared to achieve a clean, uniform finish that complemented the existing architectural design of the restaurant. The completed project provided a refreshed appearance while addressing critical exterior repairs and weather-protection details, helping extend the service life and durability of the building envelope.
