Our team completed a storefront EIFS restoration project to repair areas left behind after the removal of an existing exterior sign. The sign removal exposed damaged and uneven sections of the existing EIFS system, requiring careful preparation and restoration to seamlessly blend the repaired areas with the surrounding façade. We repaired the affected areas by applying a professional skim coat over the existing EIFS surface, restoring a uniform finish and improving the overall appearance of the storefront. The repaired sections were carefully detailed to maintain the integrity of the existing EIFS system while providing a durable, long-lasting exterior finish. This restoration helped eliminate visible imperfections, protect the building envelope, and return the storefront to a clean, finished appearance without the need for a full EIFS replacement.
