We completed an extensive exterior renovation in Franklin, focusing on a full envelope update and significant hardscape improvements. Our team managed the installation of new moisture barriers, stucco, and natural stone veneer accents across the entire facade. We also integrated structural elements including new concrete staircases and stone retaining walls to better define the property's tiered landscape. The project featured the installation of a custom stone paver patio and winding walkways detailed with contrasting border accents. We addressed critical moisture protection by applying a black foundation membrane and ensuring precise flashing at roof transitions and window seals. The finished result combines durable masonry with functional outdoor living spaces that complement the home's multi-story architecture.
