This large-scale exterior remodel in Franklin involved a complete transformation of the home’s envelope, combining structural repairs with high-end exterior finishes. Our team began by removing the existing exterior system down to the framing, allowing us to fully assess the condition of the structure. During this phase, we identified and repaired multiple areas of wood rot, reinforcing and restoring the integrity of the framing to ensure a solid foundation for the new exterior. Once the structure was properly repaired, we installed a full traditional stucco system from the first floor up to the roofline. Each layer was applied with precision to create a durable, weather-resistant finish that also delivers a clean, timeless appearance. At the base of the home, we installed a natural stone veneer from the foundation up to the first-floor line, adding both visual contrast and long-term durability to the exterior design. To complete the project, we poured a brand-new concrete patio and installed stone pavers over the surface, creating a functional and visually cohesive outdoor living space that ties seamlessly into the home’s updated exterior. The end result is a fully revitalized home with improved structural integrity, enhanced curb appeal, and high-quality finishes designed to last for years to come.
