This homeowner noticed us constructing a deck and pergola for his friend across the street. They decided to expand their living area and create a new deck that called for framing a new door. In addition, a sliding window was substituted to allow more light into the living room. The deck material we utilized was Trex Select Saddle. Also they wanted to use Black railings which is unsusual these days.
