This project involves renovating two bathrooms (master and children's), the fireplace, and installing new flooring throughout the house. The master bathroom renovation includes demolition, layout reconfiguration, and installation of new fixtures and finishes. The children's bathroom renovation includes removal of existing fixtures, installation of new tile, bathtub, vanity, and fixtures. The fireplace renovation includes preparing the existing brick surface, installing Jerusalem stone tile, and a digital electric fireplace. Plumbing and electrical work are included, along with final detailing and cleanup.
