Installing New Bathroom Fixtures and Checking Piping Underneath
The new bathroom fixtures, including the faucet, showerhead, and drain assembly, were installed by first securing the faucet to the sink or vanity and connecting the hot and cold water supply lines. The showerhead and faucet were then mounted and connected to the water lines, ensuring proper alignment and a secure fit. The drain assembly was installed and connected to the piping under the sink and tub, ensuring the drain lines were tightly sealed and properly aligned. Underneath the sink, the existing piping was checked for leaks, corrosion, or wear. The P-trap and supply lines were inspected, and any damaged or worn-out pipes were replaced with new ones. New piping was installed as needed, ensuring all connections were tightly secured with pipe tape and fittings to prevent leaks. The system was tested for water flow, pressure, and leaks to ensure the fixtures and piping were working properly.
