We performed a complete repair of the Box Truck garage door torsion system at this Oakland facility. Our team replaced the worn torsion spring assembly and re-tensioned the steel lifting cables to ensure the door operated safely and smoothly. We focused on securing the hardware to the wooden header and calibrating the cable drums for proper balance. This maintenance addressed mechanical wear and restored full functionality to the overhead door system. The project involved installing a new torsion bar and high-tension wire rope to provide long-term reliability for the heavy-use entrance.
