We performed a complete HVAC system replacement for a homeowner in Fayetteville. After identifying several critical cracks in the existing furnace heat exchanger, we removed the outdated equipment to ensure home safety. We installed a new Goodman gas-fired furnace in the crawlspace and a matching outdoor condenser unit to restore reliable climate control. This installation included a Daikin-manufactured furnace mounted on stable concrete supports and a new Goodman air conditioning condenser placed on a composite pad against the brick exterior. We integrated the system with updated electrical disconnects, secure refrigerant lines, and a Honeywell digital thermostat for precise temperature management. This upgrade provides the residence with a high-efficiency heating and cooling solution built for long-term durability.
