We completed a comprehensive renovation of the commercial restrooms for this facility in Sarasota. Our team handled the full demolition of existing fixtures and partitions, followed by the installation of new plumbing rough-ins and moisture-resistant drywall. We ensured the space was properly prepped and code-compliant before moving into the final finishing phases. We installed durable new partitions along with wall-mounted urinals and high-efficiency plumbing fixtures. The project featured the application of a high-performance speckled epoxy floor coating and the installation of a new drop ceiling system with updated lighting. These upgrades significantly improved the facility's sanitation standards and provided a clean, modern environment for all users.
