We completed a full-scale renovation of this Bradenton Beach cottage, focusing on modern coastal functionality and durability. We addressed essential infrastructure by updating the framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, while reinforcing the foundation with new utility work and exterior board-and-batten siding. Our interior updates included installing wood-look tile flooring, creating a custom tiled shower with a pebble floor, and assembling a coastal kitchen featuring white cabinetry and retro-style appliances. We finished the space with custom floating shelves and quality tile work designed to endure beachside living.
