We completed a 1,200-square-foot home addition in Tampa, seamlessly integrating new living space with the existing structure. Our team removed the original exterior wall and installed custom support beams to create an open-concept flow, utilizing Zip System sheathing for a moisture-resistant building envelope. The exterior features durable blue horizontal Hardie siding and impact-rated PGT windows. Inside, we finished the build-out with custom shaker-style cabinetry, drywall, and energy-efficient insulation to provide a cohesive, expanded living area.
