We completed a basement egress window installation in Lincoln to improve safety and natural light in the lower-level living area. This project involved installing a new white-framed sliding window and a secure exterior window well system to meet local building codes. We used durable masonry blocks for the window well walls and integrated a metal escape ladder and drainage gravel for long-term functionality. The interior work included finishing the drywall around the new opening and ensuring proper integration with the existing HVAC venting and ceiling lighting.
