We initiated a basement renovation in Mead that prioritized structural integrity and the modernization of essential utilities. We installed a heavy-duty steel I-beam and adjustable support columns to provide long-term stability for the upper floor structure. This work transformed the unfinished space by establishing the core infrastructure required for a multi-use living area. Throughout the process, we routed galvanized metal HVAC ducts, PEX plumbing lines, and new electrical circuits through engineered TJI 210 floor joists. We organized these mechanical systems to ensure future accessibility while maintaining maximum ceiling clearance. These foundational updates ensure the home’s systems are durable and ready for the next phase of interior finishing.
