We completed the structural framing and window installation for this basement project in Wellington. Our team framed the interior walls using wooden studs and installed a white vinyl sliding window into the newly created opening. We also established a corrugated metal window well with a gravel base and a protective metal grate to manage drainage and safety. To prepare the space for future finishing, we applied a white moisture vapor barrier across the wall assemblies. This work provided the essential foundation and moisture protection needed for the next phase of the remodel.
