We completed a commercial office renovation in Lincoln, Nebraska, focused on modernizing the interior workspace. Our team installed a series of vertical wood-tone acoustic baffles suspended from the existing open industrial ceiling, effectively concealing mechanical systems like ductwork and conduit while maintaining an open aesthetic. We carefully integrated these new acoustic elements alongside existing structural features, including the prominent diagonal support beams and clean wall finishes, to harmonize the industrial architecture with the functional office environment. The result is a refined, professional atmosphere that balances modern sound management with the building's original design character, creating a more comfortable and productive setting for daily use.
