We completed an interior office build-out in Lincoln, Nebraska, focused on creating a modern and functional workspace. Our team installed new drywall and performed comprehensive electrical updates, including the placement of duplex outlets, light switches, and integrated fire safety strobe systems. The project involved a clean, professional finish with white walls and durable grey baseboard molding throughout the space. We partitioned the work areas using silver-framed glass walls treated with decorative dot privacy film, allowing for both separation and transparency. The flooring was upgraded with modular dark grey carpet tiles featuring linear patterns and blue accent borders. To improve the acoustic and visual environment, we also installed suspended horizontal ceiling baffles and wall-mounted AV equipment to support a collaborative professional setting.
