We completed a residential roofing and exterior finish project for this mountain home in Vail. Our team installed a new, steeply pitched tile roof and integrated specialized systems to manage the region's heavy snow loads. The work also included applying a fresh stucco exterior and stone veneer base to complement the surrounding landscape. For long-term durability, we installed copper gutters and a comprehensive snow guard system across the dark metallic shingles. We also secured black heating cables along the roof hips and eaves to prevent ice damming during the winter months. Inside, we applied a consistent skip-trowel textured finish to the walls to complete the renovation.
