We performed an intensive flood damage restoration and interior demolition project to address significant water intrusion. Our team cleared standing water and removed compromised materials, including damaged drywall, saturated insulation, and stained plaster. We gutted the interior space to expose the masonry and framing, ensuring all debris and refuse were cleared from the concrete floors. To stabilize the environment, we installed a protective black vapor barrier along the lower wall sections and managed exposed electrical wiring. We carefully removed saturated debris and disassembled damaged metal structures to prepare the structural components for future reconstruction. This essential mitigation work stopped the spread of moisture damage and provided a clean slate for the upcoming renovation phases.
