We completed a basement renovation in Lincoln, transforming the lower level into a functional living and recreation space. Our team focused on installing code-compliant egress windows to improve safety and natural light throughout the room. We also integrated new HVAC supply registers and updated the ceiling lighting to brighten the interior. For the exterior, we installed masonry window wells with integrated metal escape ladders and gravel drainage bases. Inside, we fitted white vinyl-framed sliding windows and finished the space with neutral paint and textured ceilings. The final result provided a comfortable environment for a media room while addressing previous moisture concerns on the window sills.
