We completed an extensive interior renovation for a commercial facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Our team handled the full build-out of unit interiors, including the installation of new wood-look flooring and a complete refresh of the common hallways and workspaces. We focused on modernizing the aesthetic by replacing interior doors and updating the electrical and safety fixtures throughout the building. In the kitchen areas, we installed dark wood cabinetry paired with white countertops and classic white subway tile backsplashes. The upgrades included pull-down high-arc faucets and a full suite of stainless steel appliances to improve durability and utility. We also configured office workstations with fabric privacy partitions and mounted flat-screen televisions to provide a professional, turn-key finish for our client.
