We completed a comprehensive interior build-out for this modern commercial office space in Lincoln. Our team installed glass-walled conference rooms with decorative privacy film and handled the mounting of several flat-screen displays throughout the workspace. We also updated the electrical trim, including fire alarm strobes and integrated power outlets for new height-adjustable workstations. The project featured significant architectural ceiling improvements, including light-wood baffle panels and hexagonal acoustic clouds suspended below exposed structural beams. We installed a combination of blue and dark-patterned carpet tiles to differentiate the private meeting enclosures from the open collaboration areas. These functional upgrades created a professional and acoustically balanced environment designed for long-term productivity.
