We completed a comprehensive interior build-out for a modern commercial office space in Lincoln, Nebraska. Our team installed glass-paneled partitions with decorative frosted film, mounted various AV components, and updated the electrical infrastructure to support new workstations. We also integrated structural elements including metal-framed doorways and fire alarm safety systems. The finished space features an industrial-style exposed black ceiling accented by suspended wood-tone acoustic baffles and linear LED lighting fixtures. We utilized white louvered room dividers and slatted privacy screens to define the floor plan while maintaining an open-concept atmosphere. These improvements significantly enhanced the acoustic performance and functional layout of the workspace.
