We completed a residential roofing project for this home in the Vail area. Our team installed new composite shingles and ensured all structural elements were properly integrated with the existing stucco and stone veneer exterior. We utilized dark, textured composite shingles paired with metallic-wrapped valley flashing to manage heavy mountain runoff. We also installed rows of snow guards and a dark gutter system to ensure the roof performs reliably in high-altitude conditions.
