We performed a targeted tree removal and exterior maintenance project at this mountain residence in Vail. Our team focused on the safe removal of a large aspen tree situated near the home’s foundation to prevent potential property damage. The work involved navigating a steeply pitched roof featuring dark metal shingles and integrated valley flashing. We also addressed the placement of roof heating cables to manage snow runoff effectively. This maintenance helps preserve the integrity of the stone veneer and wood siding while protecting the surrounding landscape.
