We completed a comprehensive exterior project for this residence in Vail, focusing on a new high-performance roofing system and durable siding. Our team installed a steeply pitched dark shingle tile roof equipped with metal valley flashing and a complete gutter and downspout system to handle alpine conditions. The work included the application of light-colored stucco on the upper walls and a multi-colored stone masonry veneer along the foundation. To complement the surrounding evergreen landscape, we integrated dark-framed windows and finished the eaves with natural wooden soffits. The combination of river rock landscaping and stone veneer provides a grounded, modern mountain aesthetic while offering superior protection against the elements. These upgrades significantly improve the structure's weather resistance and overall curb appeal.
