We completed a comprehensive exterior installation for this home in Vail, focusing on the roofing system and stucco siding. Our team installed dark synthetic shake tiles across the steeply pitched roof and applied a textured cream-colored stucco finish to the exterior walls. This work was reinforced with a stone veneer base to provide a grounded, durable aesthetic. The installation included specialized features such as heating cables to mitigate ice buildup and metal valley flashings for improved water shedding. We also integrated dark metal gutters, fascia, and downspouts that complement the dark-framed windows and wooden soffits. These updates significantly enhance the home's weather resistance and curb appeal in the mountain landscape.
